This role is responsible for operating machinery designed for grinding meat for use in kibble production and configuring the amount of meat, fish and other ingredients that need to be processed per batch.Attributes:Forward Planning & Strategic ThinkingProblem SolvingGoal-orientedCommunicationAttention to DetailOrganization & Time Managementxe2x80x8bxe2x80x8bxe2x80x8bResponsibilities:Manage the day-to-day operation of the meat roomTrain staff on proper meat room workflow and sanitation proceduresEnter batch information into Plex Software and manage inventory on a daily basis to ensure product is in stock and accurately countedMix ingredients together and grind blocks of meat into meat grinderAdd oils as needed per customer specificationsUnload frozen meat pallets into freezer for storage using forkliftClean meat room equipment at throughout the day and at the end of runs to ensure sanitation of equipment is up to standardsWork with a team to ensure product is safely processed in a timely mannerJob Requirements:

• Willing and able to lift up to 60lbs
• Be willing to work with a team
• Stand for long periods of time
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach
• Forklift experience Required
• Basic math skills required
• Computer Skills required

Hours:
