CBU: HMMA ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
45% - Install, maintain, setup, troubleshoot and configure PCs, laptops, printers and peripherals
15% - Perform imaging system administration
10% - Open/Close and update work history via the Helpdesk application
10% - Backup/Restore user profiles and data
10% - Document, maintain, upgrade or replace hardware and software
5% - Adhere to naming standards and labeling of all assets
5% - Adhere to Helpdesk standards and procedures to ensure priorities and goals are met
REQUIREMENTS
Associates Degree or related experience
3+ years of experience maintaining and repairing computers
Good understanding of networking
Good troubleshooting skills
Required certifications - A+, Network+
Preferred certifications - CCNA, MCP
