Building on JPMorgan Chase & Co.\'s long-standing commitment to solving some of the persistent challenges facing our communities, the firm has recently launched Advancing Hispanics & Latinos (AHL), a Center of Excellence focused on advancing career opportunities, financial health and community development for Hispanics and Latinos globally.
The Opportunity:
Under the Education Pathway, AHL offers a five-week paid, full-time summer fellowship held in select JPMorgan Chase offices. The Advancing Hispanics and Latinos (AHL) Fellowship Program offers a five-week paid, full-time summer fellowship held in select JPMorgan Chase offices. The AHL Fellowship Program is designed to attract undergraduate sophomores who are interested in early exposure to financial services careers and committed to the advancement of individuals from underrepresented groups in this industry. The AHL Fellowship Program is seeking sophomore students, including, without limitation, Hispanic/Latino students, who are interested in exploring career opportunities at JPMorgan Chase. We are looking for dynamic individuals from diverse backgrounds and perspectives to help us grow and position our businesses for the future. All sophomore students who are interested in the Fellowship Program, regardless of background, are welcome to apply.
Participants will be provided with an introduction to financial services and the firm. They will be exposed to our senior leaders and have an opportunity to learn about our businesses, build professional
development skills, and gain insight into how their diverse backgrounds and perspectives as financial services professionals might positively impact the future of people\'s lives, the firm and our industry.
This opportunity will expose students to careers in financial services and include hands-on experience, mentorship, and a project-based curriculum, designed to help build a pathway to future employment opportunities. The AHL Fellowship Program is committed to providing early exposure and professional development opportunities to participants. Participants in the Fellowship Program are encouraged to apply for the JPMorgan Chase internship program the following year, and, upon successful completion of the internship, full-time employment with the firm.
The AHL Fellowship Program will consist of one-week of training and orientation onsite at one of our firm\'s locations. During this time, fellows will participate in orientation to our firm, our businesses, and gain the technical and practical knowledge needed to be successful during the program. After the induction, fellows will report to the designated location for their specific line of business track.
Under the Corporate Analyst Development Program (CADP) Track fellows will spend a portion of the Program working with colleagues across various lines of business to drive growth, innovation and strategy, ensure operational effectiveness, manage risk and maintain our global reputation for excellence. Fellows will gain insight into various phases of key business projects and initiatives across the firm. You will also see how our businesses come together to serve our clients around the world.

Fellows will have an opportunity to select up to three location preferences on their application. Potential placement could include any of our offices within the city\'s metropolitan area.
Successful completion of the Fellowship Program can lead to an offer for one of JPMC\'s summer internships the following year.
About You:
To be eligible for this program, you must be authorized to work in the U.S.. We do not offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program. Likewise, JPMorgan Chase, will not provide any assistance or sign any documentation in support of any other form of immigration sponsorship or benefit including optional practical training (OPT) or curricular practical training (CPT.)
