Our employees are not only part of history, they\'re making history. Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Construction Management/Construction Management. This position will be located at our Space Systems Sector in Roy, UT. The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman\xe2\x80\x99s Strategic Deterrent Systems Division. Responsibilities may include:

• Plans, designs and oversees the construction of new or expanded facilities. Prepares architectural, engineering, and cost estimates, functional studies, construction plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Obtains and supervises outside contractors.
• Recommends architectural and engineering design procedures and standards for the planning and design of facilities. Supervises the detailed design, budgetary costing, standardized construction, and final inspection of facility projects.
• Conducts construction surveillance to ensure adherence to contractual requirements. Provides engineering consulting services to local and divisional offices.

This requisition may be filled at either an Associate Construction Management (T01) or a Construction Management (T02). Basic Qualifications for an Associate Construction Management (T01): A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:

• Be completing or has completed their bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree from an accredited institution.
• Be majoring in or having majored in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)

Basic Qualifications for a Construction Management (T02): A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:

• Be completing or has completed their master\xe2\x80\x99s degree from an accredited institution.
• Be majoring in or having majored in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)

Preferred Qualifications for both an Associate Construction Management (T01) & Construction Management (T02):

• Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.70/4.0 or higher
• Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular).

Salary Range:

• Associate Construction Management (T01): $55,100 - 82,700
• Construction Management (T02): $66,600 - $99,80

Salary Range: $55,100 - $99,800
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
