The Future Talent Program features Cooperative (Co-op) education that lasts up to 6 months and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Research Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.

This 6-month intern position is tailored to support our Company\xe2\x80\x99s Health Equity and Social Determinants of Health scientific program. The intern will gain experience in the role of real-world data and evidence in addressing patient access barriers. Those seeking a career in epidemiology, health equity, social determinants of health, health economics, outcomes research, or health policy are strongly encouraged to apply.

Minimum Education Requirements

Required: Some college-level education, preferably in nursing, public health, health science, psychology, or related field.

Preferred: A completed undergraduate degree preferably in nursing, public health, health science, psychology, or related field. A completed undergraduate degree is not required.

Required Experience and Skills

• Use of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong public speaking skills
• Initiative-taker and ability to work independently at times

Preferred Experience

• Ability to conduct systematic searches of scholarly bibliographic platforms (ex: PubMed, CINHAL, Scited, OSTIC)
• Ability to read, interpret, and contextualize peer-reviewed scientific research manuscripts
• Ability to synthesize literature across diverse topic areas
• Ability to create recommendations derived from synthesized information and disseminate recommendations in a scholarly manner

Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate\xe2\x80\x99s relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected salary range:

$39,600.00-$105,500.00

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
