Most importantly, youxe2x80x99ll gain real-life experience and explore what it's like to work as part of an organization that exemplifies people, performance and possibilities with the opportunity to demonstrate a commitment to our values of integrity, creativity, teamwork, passion and excellence.The Credit Analyst will support a centralized portfolio management team overseeing $1 billion in commercial loan commitments (real estate, term, revolving lines, etc.). Primary responsibilities include alert monitoring and resolution (past due payments, maturing loans, credit score deterioration etc.), submitting and reviewing financial spreads and covenant tests, addressing loan defaults, and preparing loan modifications, among numerous other tasks. Eventually, the Credit Analyst will be introduced to underwriting renewing and originating loans, with the objective of developing them into an Underwriter or Portfolio Manager on the team, or elsewhere in the bank.What we are looking for:We're looking for graduating students who are not only top-performers, but who also have leadership experience, an entrepreneurial mindset and are passionate problem solvers.
