Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Culinary team members to join the team at Comerica Park in Detroit, Michigan. Comerica Park are looking for individuals who can help create special moments for guests when they visit Comerica Park.We are looking for individuals who are interested in Culinary opportunities for the 2025 baseball season.   • Follow supervisor's assignments for food production and prepare food and beverage products for guests by following recipe guidelines, using proper preparation techniques, and sanitation guidelines
  • Set up, operate and clean kitchen equipment, according to correct procedures as well as keeping workstations clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked
  • Work cooperatively with team members and management
  • Follow supervisor's assignments for opening and closing procedures
  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Ability to follow directions well.
  • experience working with flat top grills, deep fryers, and other cooking equipment is preferred for all cooking roles.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights and weekends.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
