he License Center Representative is responsible for processing motor vehicle licensing and registration, driver\'s licensing and DNR regulated licenses in a professional and respectful way that represents the City of Roseville and State of Minnesota.
- Review, process and enter various driver\'s license applications into the State of Minnesota computer system, register new state vehicles, title transfers and renew vehicle registrations.
- Review, process and enter all DNR vehicle and licensing transactions.
- Process fish and game licenses.
- Evaluate and resolve routine problems/complaints regarding customer transactions either in-person, by email or over the phone.
- Perform and verify basic accounting functions by balances money to completed work transactions.
- Continually show respect for diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and interests. Exhibit sensitivity to the needs of diverse audiences in all duties performed on behalf of the City to support Roseville in building and sustaining an inclusive and equitable working environment and community.
