Review care plans and provide care accordingly
Take vital signs and weight and document in the electronic charting system
Provide personal care for residents
Communicate and document changes in resident overall health
Follow protocols such as infection control, etc.
Identify and honor resident choices in daily living activities while maintaining a safe and supportive environment
Promote and participate in activities for the residents
Collaborate with care staff at all levels to serve the needs of the residents
Communicate with colleagues about observations and changes with residents
Light cleaning to maintain a clean and safe environment
Qualifications
Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant program
Current State of Rhode Island CNA license and in good standing with registry
Positive attitude
Teamwork focused
Time management skills
Detail oriented
