As an Insurance Account Associate, you will play a crucial role in helping clients understand their insurance needs and providing them with tailored solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, build relationships with clients, and close sales to meet and exceed monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients through networking, calling, and referrals. Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance products. Educate clients on various insurance options, including life, health, auto, and property insurance. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Follow up with clients to address questions, provide updates, and conduct policy reviews. Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics set by the company. Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively serve clients. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product understanding.

Qualifications:

High school diploma required Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and customer service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic understanding of insurance products is a plus, but not required (training will be provided). Previous sales experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
