Requirements: We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic to develop their skills and eager to share the value insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life and realize their dreams.

• Property & Casualty License (must be able to obtain)
• Life & Health License (must be able to obtain)
• Successful Track Record for Meeting Sales Goals Preferred
• Sales Experience Preferred
• Excellent Communication Skills \xe2\x80\x93 Written, Verbal, and Auditory
• Self-Motivated
• Experience in Marketing
• Ability to Make Presentations to Potential Customers
• Achievements in Mutually Agreed Upon Marketing Goals

Responsibilities: We encourage each team member to bring their authentic skills and insights to work each day in helping our customers.

• Use customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Maintain and strong work ethic with a total commitment to integrity and success each and every day.
• Work closely in a team environment, participating in weekly meetings and ongoing collaborative efforts
• Actively participate in hands-on learning and coaching to become an industry expert

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM \xe2\x80\x93 5:00 PM
Offices Located In Both: Mount Juliet and Lebanon, TN

Compensation: $40,000-$60,000 Per Year

Our compensation expectations show a range of our salary plus commission system. With our profitable and thriving market and business model, team development, and intentional hiring process, we are confident that you will be successful in achieving high-earning compensation amounts.

About Jeff Gannon\xe2\x80\x99s Agency: Prior to beginning his State Farm Agency career, Jeff spent time training agents and team members throughout the country on various State Farm product offerings. He began his first State Farm office in 2007 as a new market agent in Mount Juliet TN. We have consistently ranked in the top 3% out of the 19,000 plus State Farm Agents around the country. As a result, Jeff is a part of a very small number of agents that have been given the opportunity to open multiple offices and also operate a location in Lebanon, TN. His team absolutely loves the opportunity to help our customers with all of their insurance and financial needs.

We truly do live where you live. Jeff grew up on the north side of Lebanon, TN. He and his wife met at Lebanon High School, and both continued their education at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Jeff has a business degree from the Haslam College of Business at UTK. He has been with State Farm since 2002 and absolutely loves what he does. He enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and attending as many UT Vol sporting events as time will allow.

Our team has 82 years of combined insurance experience and are ready to serve your insurance and financial service needs.
