Account Executive - Accrualify(Hybrid)
What We Need
FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Account Executive within our Accrualify line of business. As an Account Executive at Accrualify, you get the opportunity to work with prospective clients across the globe. You will be part of an ambitious yet humble team who enjoy learning and working together to help everyone reach maximum sales goals. This position will be responsible for sourcing new leads via all effective channels, modifying sales materials, directly interfacing with prospects, providing live and video demos of our products, nurturing opportunities from initial discovery to closed won, and participating in all aspects of the company\'s Sales efforts. This position requires determination and a no-quit attitude. Having enterprise sales, customer success, or accounting experience in a SAAS based company is preferred.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Identifying, developing and closing new business for companies using services by focusing on industries who travel.
Achieving the annual sales production targets and ensuring account revenue potential is maximized.
Handling all sales activity with clients to include identifying and developing sales action plan parameters, distributing/collecting contracts and implementing established operational guidelines.
Utilizing CRM software to track and record the sales pipeline and revenue projections along with account and contact information.
Operating within the Customer Management parameters establishing a new client and supporting customer management activity as needed providing input of necessary change.
Meeting or exceeding all performance standard requirements.
Complying with all management requests in a timely manner
All other job duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
College degree with a business, marketing or communication focus
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a sales strategy and meet or exceed sales targets
Demonstrated ability to sell and close business via the phone at decision maker or C- level
Demonstrating ability to develop long-term account relationships
Demonstrating ability to work independently and with limited supervision
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Prospecting skills to uncover new prospects.
Must be a creative thinker to overcome customer rejections.
Must be adaptable and be able to consistently deal with ever-changing conditions.
Superior verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to utilize efforts to locate potential prospects through research and networking.
A strong background with proven track record in direct sales.
Minimum 3+ years in direct sales.
Associates degree.
Bachelor\'s degree preferred.
