is seeking to hire an Account Maintenance Specialist - Data Integrity for our client in York, PA!

Pay Rate - $18/hr
1st Shift: 8am-4:30pm


The Account Maintenance Specialist is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the company account master. This is an audited position. Research is required to ensure appropriate action is taken and supported. Tasks are completed in 12 different systems for one customer accounts. Need to be able to learn & comprehend the different dependances and multi-task.

Account Maintenance responsibilities:
o Responsible for handling all direct and indirect account matching to create one customer in the account master
o Responsible for handling Account Change Requests and New Customer setup within each ERP and CIM360.
o Perform data audits in support of a variety of CIM requirements
o Responsible for maintenance customer updates o Research addresses form returned mailings
o Maintain a working relationship with Divisional and Corporate associates who work with customer systems
o Perform special tasks and assignments as required

• Learn and maintain a general knowledge of the product lines.
• Provide input on changes needed to better support the overall data quality process.
• Participate in team project work in support of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work with a variety of information systems (CIM360, OBIEE, AX, MoveX, AS400, etc.) in order to support the Account Maintenance data.
• Perform special tasks and assignments as required.

Required Education and Experience
High school or high school equivalency diploma.
At least 1 year related experience

Required Skills

• Knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and MS Word.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems, and order entry such as Infor Smart Office or AX.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic computations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are required. Good organizational skills.
• Capable of working independently
