The role of the Territory Sales Manager for Fish is to drive co-creation of value and grow the business overall with a selected customer group. The TSM role is also to strengthen collaboration and relationships at the customer group level, ensure an aligned approach from Marel cross all accounts/sites and strive for customer success and high customer satisfaction. The TSM is responsible for the relationship and management of the customer at a group level from a sales perspective and acts as a trusted advisor for the customer.
