Benefits start after 30 days of employment.Recruiter: Quentin Chavis Jr / quentin.chavisjr@airgas.com / 346-459-4397 Summary: The Account Manager responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Work safely and meet the requirements of all safety procedures and rules as prescribed by State, Federal, and the Company.Contract with and profitably grow new and existing customers in the Upstream Energy / Oil & Gas Market (Fracking and Coil Tubing Services) by driving maximum consumption of Airgas Nitrogen Services, effectively implementing pricing actions and promoting an optimal cost to serve position across client operationsDevelop and grow the Airgas Nitrogen Services relationship and brand with the largest and most strategic Upstream clients through the effective use of strategic accounts sponsorship and by leading regional customer facing teams in the articulation and delivery of the ANS Services value propositionDocument and gain customer agreement over cost savings and value creation based on spend optimization, productivity gains and identified process improvementsPromote and exemplify Sales Force Effectiveness behaviors thereby increasing the effective sales bandwidth at Airgas Nitrogen ServicesProvide dotted line mentoring and leadership to regional and non-core sales teamsSubmit monthly sales activity through Internal ANS ProcessCompile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from various sources.Actively work all sales leads provided by manager within the Upstream / Oil & Gas marketAct as liaison between customer and company with regard to pricing, products, delivery information, payments, service and inquiriesEnsure that customer inquiries related to billing problems, daily and final cost summaries, time of delivery, etc. are promptly and courteously handled, providing follow-up as necessary.Complete and submit sales-related paperwork, including sales reports, mid-month reports, expense reports, etc., accurately and in a timely mannerProvides market and competitor information to manager on a monthly basisAre you a MATCH?Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredAt least one year of sales or business development experience requiredMicrosoft Office experience requiredPreferred QualificationsUpstream experience a plusYour differences enhance our performanceAt Airgas, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.We welcome and consider applications from all qualified applicants, regardless of their race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability or any other protected characteristic.
