The main AM Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Customer retention. \xc2\xb7 Act as strategic partner in client growth. \xc2\xb7 Upselling products and services. Objectives of this role \xc2\xb7 Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs. \xc2\xb7 Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships. \xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals. \xc2\xb7 Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met. \xc2\xb7 Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients. Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience. \xc2\xb7 Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs by learning their strategic plans and positioning Avaunt to assist in their development. \xc2\xb7 Stay on top of accounts, making sure they\xe2\x80\x99re receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs \xc2\xb7 Meet regularly with other members of the internal team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business \xc2\xb7 Generate progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organization \xc2\xb7 Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly \xc2\xb7 Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value. \xc2\xb7 Consumer behavior analysis. \xc2\xb7 Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services. \xc2\xb7 Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by providing data to improve processes. \xc2\xb7 Identifying industry trends. \xc2\xb7 Physically visiting the customer or their place of business to demonstrate our ability to \xe2\x80\x9cbe present\xe2\x80\x9d.
