- Record all expense transactions
- Process all bill payments
- Tax reporting and processing
- Payroll processing
- Accounts payable- enter invoices and reconcile vendor accounts
- Accounts receivable- receive and record customer payments
- Prepare sales orders (for Foreman packets)
- Record & Process credit card activity (receipt tracking)
- 1+ years working with Accounts Receivable and Payable functions
- 1+ years of experience Accounting
- Experience in QuickBooks
- Associates / Bachelors degree in Accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal means
