Radians is hiring for an Inventory Control Analyst Accountant. The Inventory Control Analyst Accountant is responsible for supporting the Accounting Department in the areas of Inventory Control, including reconciliation of GL and WMS; Cost Analysis, including BOMs and routings; Material Usage; Freight Costs; General accounting; and other duties as assigned. The ideal person for this role would be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES for the Inventory Control Analyst Accountant include the following:

• Physical inventory analysis and reconciliation
• Financial Inventory analysis including GL/WMS reconciliation, Turns reporting, and Excess/Obsolete calculation.
• Recording inventory transactions, shipments, and inventory transactions as applicable including scrap, reserves, and other non-standard movements.
• Audit inventory transfers, WIP, and Warehouse transactions
• Reconciliation of site Quality Hold inventory resolution
• Review of AP invoices, submission to Corp AP
• BOM/Routing Review and analysis \xe2\x80\x93 in the context of actual costs versus standard/expected costs.
• Reporting and analysis of Outbound Freight Costs
• General Accounting/Consolidation/Reporting support for Company as a whole and individual entities
• Other duties as may be assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE and OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES for The Inventory Control Analyst Accountant

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting - CPA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in an Accounting or Inventory/Manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, or employee rules and regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers.
• Ability to work with mathematical and reasoning concepts to solve problems, including:

o Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, and proportions to practical situations

o Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

• Must be PC literate (MS Office) and have strong data entry/analysis, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Strong Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work Skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including:

• Databases: using a computer application to manage large amounts of information, including creating and editing simple databases, inputting data, retrieving specific records, and creating reports to communicate the information
• Spreadsheets: using a computer application to enter, manipulate, and format text and numerical data; insert, delete, and manipulate cells, rows, and columns; and create and save worksheets, charts, and graphs
• Word Processing: using a computer application to type text, insert pictures, format, edit, print, save, and retrieve word processing documents.
