We are seeking qualified candidates for an Accounting Manager that can provide accounting expertise for our manufacturing and e-commerce operations in Russellville, Arkansas, and elsewhere.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a highly motivated and detail orientated individual who can be a solutions-oriented contributor to the team. This position reports to the Corporate Controller.

Key Responsibilities for this position include:

\xc2\xb7 Drive timely monthly accounting close for assigned business units. Prepare account reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting documentation

\xc2\xb7 Prepare business unit financial statements and assist in preparing consolidated financial statements

\xc2\xb7 Provide expertise in manufacturing accounting and financial analysis to help management improve company performance

\xc2\xb7 Create and improve accounting and business processes

\xc2\xb7 Direct the activities of accounting clerical personnel, as needed

\xc2\xb7 Other duties assigned as needed

The ideal candidate will have the following:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelors\' degree in accounting

\xc2\xb7 At least 3 years of experience with general ledger accounting and financial statement preparation

\xc2\xb7 Manufacturing or construction accounting experience

\xc2\xb7 Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, and experience working with accounting and ERP systems

\xc2\xb7 Highly organized and detail oriented

\xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal skills, team player, and excellent verbal and written communication skills

\xc2\xb7 Ability to successfully manage competing priorities and make solid decisions
