Accounting and Payroll Supervisor

The Lincoln Marriott Cornhusker Hotel in search of a detailed oriented and timely candidate to join our accounting team as the Accounting and Payroll Supervisor!

What will you be doing?

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of customer statements by posting accounts, allowances, refunds, and payments. Review of guest ledger accounts for timely payment receipts.
• Data entry/posting to accounts.
• Run statements and verify information.
• Assists in training and supervising accounting staff.
• Process and balance bi-weekly payroll for all hotel associates.
• File and organize payroll files.

What you will bring to the role?

Four-year college degree required, preferably in Hotel Management.

Good working knowledge of Hospitality accounting systems.

Strong working knowledge of computer systems/ programs such as PeopleSoft, Excel, etc.

Good interpersonal skills with verbal and written communication skills.

Good supervisory skills.

Meet strict time deadlines.

Able to think and act independently.

Operate calculator, PC, Keyboard.
