A leader in the Video Game publishing and development industry is looking for an Accounts Payable Associate to join their team! As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will play a critical role in managing the financial transactions and relationships with their vendors. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payment processing for a high volume of transactions, including foreign payments. This role requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with various internal teams and external vendors. Responsibilities

• Invoice Processing - Receive and review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval. Enter invoices into the system ensuring accuracy in coding.
• Payment Processing - Prepare domestic and international payments for timely processing. Address inquiries from vendors regarding payment issues.
• Record Keeping - Maintain organized files for paid and unpaid invoices. Ensure all financial documents are archived in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Reconciliation - Assist with reconciling vendor statements, researching discrepancies, and handling vendor inquiries. Support month-end closing processes.
• General Support - Respond to internal inquiries regarding invoice status and payment timelines. Work collaboratively with the purchasing department and other departments as necessary. Assist in the development and improvement of accounts payable processes and controls.
