The Accounts Payable Clerk will provide general accounts payable support, including processing invoices and purchase orders for different TerrAscend business units.

Where you\'ll be planted:

This role is hybrid and will require 2-3 days/week on-site in our King of Prussia, PA location.

To be blunt, this role is about:

• Processing accounts payable transactions (Non-PO, and PO / 3way match)
• Assisting with banking activities.
• Completing assigned vendor account reconciliations
• Participating in the Month-end Close process
• Documenting policies, procedures and workflow for assigned areas of responsibility. \xc2\xb7
• Maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
• Handling assigned vendor correspondence via phone or email
• Preparing non-inventory purchase order requisitions.
• Performing other duties as required to support Accounting Department.
• Performing ad hoc analysis and projects as requested

• Strong knowledge of basic accounting procedures
• Minimum 3 years\' experience in accounting
• Quickbooks, Epicor, or other ERP experience preferred.
• Open to change and willing to learn new skills
• Ability to follow up on pending issues
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Must be a self-starter and forward looking.
• Prioritize and complete tasks with competing deadlines.
• Professional written and verbal communication with multiple levels and departments.
• BS degree in Accounting preferred.
• Intermediate in Microsoft Office applications.
