Accounts Payable Specialist

We are working with a client in the real estate industry that is looking to expand their Accounting department by adding on an additional Accounts Payable Specialist!
salary: $28 - $29 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
General Summary:
Support Business Office Managers at assigned communities, provide applicable data to report
accountants and maintain accurate and timely payment to vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Full cycle AP processing
- Process high-volume invoices with accuracy (100 per day)
- Scan, upload, enter, batch and issue payments timely
- Facilitate weekly check-runs (once a week)
- Review and reconcile vendor statements
- Work proactively with vendors and internal personnel to resolve disputes
- Process resident refunds
- Process employee expense reimbursements
- Prepare credit applications
- Effectively manage emails in the centralized AP e-mail box
