We are currently adding an Accounts Receivable to support the growth and help us scale for the future. Our ideal candidate would thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment focused on accurate and timely reporting, process improvement and automation.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

This position is a blend of transactional and entry-level accounts receivable. This individual is mainly responsible for reconciling accounts related to month end balancing activities and year-end close.

• Bill all monthly rents, TICAM fees, other monthly fees, commissions, as well as other AR invoices
• Deposit cash receipts received daily
• Process ACH payments and credit card payments
• Enter all new, renewal, and expansion leases in software, including TICAM and rent bumps
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledgers to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted
• Direct contact with customers answer any billings questions

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

• Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• Yardi experience \xe2\x80\x93 a plus!
• 2 years\' experience preferred, but not required if you\'re passionate about counting beans in commercial real estate!
• Proficient in excel
