Assistant Manager

Applicant will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Assists Bakery Manager with day to day running of department
Handles all product properly and safely to ensure product integrity and cleanliness
Prepares product for display according to company policy to ensure minimal waste and required product condition standards are followed
Stocks/Stacks products for display according to company policy to ensure product integrity/freshness, cleanliness and safety to customers
Rotates product as needed to ensure product integrity is maintained and minimizing product waste
Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards in all department areas and equipment
Assists all customers with product questions and special requests
Maintaining a positive and professional relationship with all customers and fellow workers
Full time with benefits
Being able to perform all physical aspects of position including, but not limited to, standing, bending, lifting, squatting, climbing, lifting cases of product for processing
Due to OSHA regulations, these positons require the candidates to be 18 years and older
