Job Summary:




Under general supervision, the Administrative Coordinator II is the scheduling resource for MS, CCU, MHU, RRC, OB, ED, OR and SDC and other units as assigned. Assists the Nursing Supervisor in filling schedule vacancies.


The Clinical Staffing Coordinator participates in other hospital committees and teams as appropriate.

Minimum Qualifications for the Job:



Education:

High School or equivalent.

Experience:

Three (3) years of clerical/administrative experience.

Substitution:Six (6) months as an Administrative Coordinator I at Bartlett Regional Hospital may substitute for the required experience.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a hospital, physician's office or medical clinic setting. Knowledge of medical coding and physical health diagnoses. Experience managing complex scheduling.
