work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Administrative position supports the Facility Manager with very specific Administrative Clerk duties:

  • Answer phones and take detailed messages
  • Follow up with customers (via phone & email) as directed
  • Will work in the front office area and greet visitors, vendors & customers daily - so need to have excellent organization and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Will use Microsoft Excel to create & prepare spreadsheets 70% of the time
  • Process, review & organize reports for management
  • Data entry & database management
Requirements:
  • Previous "in-office" experience
  • Proficient with MS Excel (hands on experience in the work place is required)
  • Have proper telephone etiquette and able to use correct grammar & punctuation when sending emails
  • Able to follow detailed steps because the position is very process driven
