We are looking for an

Admin. Assistant

to provide high-level administrative support to our Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.


Key Responsibilities:




Manage and maintain the Sales Manager's calendar, ensuring all meetings and appointments are scheduled efficiently. Coordinate and schedule meetings with internal employees, leaders, and external stakeholders. Prepare and distribute professional communication, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports. Conduct research and compile data to prepare documents for review and presentation. Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external communications.

Qualifications:




Must be bilingual (English and Spanish) with strong verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools. * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
