Electronics & Industrial is a leading innovator with unmatched materials integrations expertise, built upon our recognized strong customer relationships and our global market presence.In this role, the Administrative Assistant will be supporting nonexecutive employees and functional groups in the CPMT organization.A successful candidate is responsible for supporting the employees by helping them stay organized and complete tasks that allow them to focus on more advanced responsibilities.Key job responsibilities include, but not limited to:Greet visitors and point them in the right direction, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environment, as neededOrganize and maintain files and databases in a confidential mannerHandle confidential material, often time-sensitive and often critical to business operationsManage communication including emails and phone callsSchedule appointments, meetings, arrange travel and reservations, as neededReceive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mailMaintain and order office suppliesCreate Purchase Orders in company specified software (ie: SAP), receive invoices and review for accuracy. Work with vendors to resolve billing and purchase errorsCreate and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physicalThis position doesn\xe2\x80\x99t offer relocation assistance.Your qualifications profile includes:A self-starter who is highly motivated and has the ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks and competing prioritiesAble to work within an empowered team environmentHave a high regard for personal safety and the safety of othersStrong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)Self-starter and agile learnerStrong organizational skillsRequirements for Administrative Assistant:High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
