Responsibilities/Qualifications

Parallel Management Group manages senior living communities across Michigan, and partners with companies who provide supportive services for seniors. We are looking to expand our team with an Administrative Assistant. This role will be assisting our in-house team implementing marketing & branding strategies. Our ideal candidate is a tech-savvy, independent thinker, who is a team player. Our assistant should be a self-starter, and stellar communicator (virtual & in-person), who has experience in the following:

Skill set required:

  • Database management
  • Online design and ordering (fliers/business cards)
  • Routing design proofs for approvals/changes
  • Reviews/reputation management support
  • Coordinating/scheduling meetings
  • Compiling reports
  • Maintain roster of communities & contacts
  • Experience interfacing with vendors & partners
  • Organize and maintain inventory of marketing supplies
  • Email marketing
  • Social media support

  • Traveling to facilities occasionally
  • Working in the corporate office in Northville, occasionally working remotely
