We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are two companies under the same ownership and are needing help in the office for them both.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer support. This position is vital in maintaining an efficient office environment and supporting various administrative tasks.
Duties
Manage daily office operations, including answering the phone and responding to emails.
Schedule employees weekly accordingly to customers needs.
Assist in weekly inventory and monthly invoicing.
Perform other duties such as payroll, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
Support team members with administrative tasks and act as a personal assistant when required.
Assist in creating social media plan and helping to post on those platforms.
Skills
Proficiency in office management practices and procedures.
Strong customer support skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
Computer literacy with experience in Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel, and Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
Experience with Square as a POS is a plus.
Helpful, but not required, understanding of social media marketing.
