Answering the phones promptly and assisting clients needs proficiently.
Processing service requests, sales orders, and invoices to correct departments.
General filing/organization tasks needed.
Inner-office communication for all requests not of your department.
Tracking of shipments.
Purchasing and vendor relations.
Must be available Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm and show up to work on time.
We will train the RIGHT candidate.
