Koch Ag & Energy Solutions (KAES) is now hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our team! As a key business partner this role will help the KAES Senior Leadership team advance key goals and objectives.

Our Team

This role will report to the Reliability Director and support the Operations leaders. Our team is located at the Koch Industries headquarters in Wichita, KS.

What You Will Do

• Plan all logistics for large business meetings and company-sponsored functions such as corporate events, multi-day conferences, and retreats
• Manage meetings, calendars, and travel for KAES business leaders and team members
• Develop professional relationships across Koch Industries to facilitate learning, coordination, and collaboration
• Manage office administration, equipment, and expenses, including reconciling expenses and P-card statements each month
• Coordinate new hire onboarding
• Learn and teach new processes to help our team maintain a culture of continuous improvement

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience providing administrative support to multiple leaders and or teams
• Demonstrated proficiency with core Microsoft Suite or other suite systems (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Google)
• Demonstrated ability to learn other technologies and systems (SharePoint, conference room equipment, travel and expense management, time management, etc.)
• Project, program or event management experience
