Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant for our thriving towing company. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day operations by handling various administrative tasks, including billing, bookkeeping, email correspondence, and general administrative duties. This is a fantastic opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic and fast-paced organization. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate billing records, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing to clients.
  • Handle bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.
  • Respond to emails and other forms of communication promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service to clients and vendors.
  • Assist in general administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, scheduling appointments, and organizing paperwork.
  • Dispatch and Coordinate with the towing team to ensure seamless communication and smooth workflow.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of equipment, supplies, and inventory.
  • Support management in special projects, personal tasks, presentations, and research as needed.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative certifications or education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry or service-oriented business.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suite and experience with bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while also being a team player.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
