At this integrated health system, you will oversee multiple departments and programs within oncology services including multiple outpatient clinic locations. You\'ll be the key driver of strategic planning, ensuring the implementation of goals that elevate oncology services to new heights. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying business growth opportunities and effectively marketing their exceptional services. Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing or healthcare field.
• Master\'s Degree in a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) progressive years within Oncology services leadership in an acute care hospital setting.
• Experience in a Magnet and/or Studer/Baldrige facility (Preferred).
• Illinois/Missouri RN license required if applicable.
