Job Summary
The Administrative Office Assistant at Vantage Aging is the first person that our guests and clients see when they come to us, so this role requires a friendly and professional approach. This role will be responsible for providing administrative job training to participants in our SCSEP program. This person oversees the scheduling and training of our participants and works with the SCSEP program leaders to ensure our program and participants are being served in the best way possible.
The other day-to-day tasks in this role involve managing guests and appointments, taking and routing calls, and managing our inbound and outbound mail. Other responsibilities include managing our office supply inventory, assisting with scheduling and planning office maintenance, and working with the CEO to organize board meetings and activities.
