Essential Functions
Assist with internal and external customers via multi line phone system, email, in person, and online ReADY system.
Processes and prepares forms such as work orders, documents, reports, and other types of correspondence, and maintains records for department.
Works as a liaison between departments within Facilities Management and other departments located on campus.
Operates standard office equipment such as personal computers, copiers, scanners, fax machines, iPad, etc.
Maintains inventory and orders office supplies, materials, and equipment.
Provides gameday support for all home football games.
May be responsible for performing other office support duties as needed
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications Level I- High school diploma or equivalent.
Level II- High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of experience in clerical support services
Substitutions allowed for Experience: Degrees accepted in lieu of experience for advanced levels
