Summary This position provides administrative support to the Student Financial Services team, ensuring a high level of confidentiality in all tasks. The role is responsible for initial customer service and triage functions, maintaining student financial services records, and communicating relevant information to students and the broader college community. The employee will interact with students and support financial aid staff, student finance staff, student resource staff, and veteran education benefits staffWork Schedule: Monday through Thursday: 8:00AM - 4:30PM OR 9:30AM - 6:00PM; Friday:7:30AM - 4:00PM.Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesThe following duties are primarily performed and are essential for this position.
