• Process domestic orders and scale all inbound and outbound loads
• Prepare documentation for outgoing shipments
• Accurately and timely complete all order and shipment documentation
• Proactively communicate with facility personnel and drivers regarding delivery schedules and order statuses
• Respond to inquiries from customers, facility personnel, drivers, and management
• Partner with production personnel to coordinate production and shipments
• Review invoices from freight vendors

What you will bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience may be considered in lieu of education
• 2 + years of office experience preferred, preferably in a customer service, domestic logistics, and/or scale operations
• Working knowledge and skills in computer typing, Microsoft software, such as Excel, Word and Outlook, including word processing, email etiquette, database and spreadsheet and internet are required
• Ability to use dispatching equipment, such as telephone (and accompanying headset) and PA systems

Compensation & Benefits:The estimated salary that Indeed, Glassdoor and LinkedIn suggested does not represent Nutrien\'s compensation structure.Hourly Range $19.18 - $30.14/hour. This range is estimated for an Administrator, Logistics in the State of California. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.We provide an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, and life insurance and well as disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week.
