Position Summary:

Responsible for supervision of all areas within MMC during non-business hours. Ensure that acceptable patient care standards in accordance with hospital policy are performed in a safe and efficient manner. Also serves as the administrative representative of MMC during those hours. Provides service to patients throughout the life span including newborns, children, adolescents, adults and geriatrics.

Minimum Qualifications:

\xc2\xb7 Graduate of a School of Nursing program. BSN preferred.

\xc2\xb7 Five years experience as a staff/charge nurse in an acute care facility. Experience as a house supervisor in an acute care facility preferred.

\xc2\xb7 Licenses: Current license as an RN in New Mexico or compact license required.

\xc2\xb7 Certifications: BLS required and ACLS and PALS certification preferred.
