Admission Coordinator - Canton

Location: Canton - 7025 N. Lilley Rd., Canton, MI, 48187

The Admission Coordinator is responsible for managing the admission process for new patients. This includes coordinating with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to ensure a smooth and efficient admission process. The Admission Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation related to admissions.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to ensure a smooth and efficient admission process
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to admissions
  • Communicate with patients and their families to provide information about the admission process and answer any questions they may have
  • Ensure that all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner

  • Stay up-to-date with changes in healthcare regulations and insurance policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in healthcare administration or related field
  • Experience in healthcare administration or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
