Hours: Tuesday \xe2\x80\x93 Saturday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

Rate: $16.00 - $22.00 Based on Experience

The Village at Victory Lakes, a part of Franciscan Ministries, is looking for our next Admissions Assistant. The Admissions Assistant position is an excellent opportunity for a results driven admissions healthcare professional that enjoys partnering with families and external healthcare providers. We are seeking an expert in relationship management that possesses a solid understanding of current healthcare policies and practices, various insurance and payment models, and senior living services. The qualified candidate will demonstrate daily the ability to communicate effectively and prioritize projects.

Hours available in Skilled Nursing:

• Full Time: Days : Tuesday \xe2\x80\x93 Saturday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

Location: The Village at Victory Lakes, 1055 E Grand Ave, Lindenhurst, IL 60046

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Collects, assembles and checks all admission paperwork and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Prompt and professional response to inquiries and referrals
• Provides support to residents and families.
• Completes financial and clinical screening for new referrals.
• Time management, ability to work in fast paced environment.
• Electronic, telephone, and face-to face sales interactions with residents, families, prospects, and external healthcare partners.

Requirements:

• Associates Degree OR the equivalent of experience in sales management in healthcare
• 1- 3 years of admissions experience in senior living, skilled nursing, or long-term care.
• Understanding of various pay models including but not limited to: Medicare, Medicare Managed and Replacement Programs, Private Insurance, Medicaid, and Private Pay
• Comfortable working a flexible schedule based on the needs of our clients and community.

The Village at Victory Lakes is a continuing care retirement community (CCRC), offering a variety of senior lifestyle options including independent living, assisted living, memory support assisted living, and skilled nursing/long-term care.
