OverviewNaphCare is hiring experienced Advanced Emergency Medical Technicians, Emergency Medical Technicians (AEMTs/EMTs), or Paramedics and QMAPS just like you at the Mesa County Detention Center located in Grand Junction, CO. Full Time Shifts, Part Time, PRN shifts are available. PRN shifts and hours vary based on coverage needs for FT shifts and will be determined by site leadership and prn employee availability. • Take and document all patient history and vital signs
• Complete intake screening
• Administer and read PPD
• Draw blood
• Assist with examinations

QualificationsQualifications for AEMT/EMT/Paramedic:

• Office Lab Assistant License required (Needed only for Nevada.)
• Must hold and maintain a current, unrestricted EMT certification/licenses in Colorado.
• A valid CPR card
• A minimum of 1 year clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with correctional healthcare experience preferred
