Summary

As an Advanced Practice Provider at Compassion Pathway Behavioral Health, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality mental health care to our clients. This position is essential in supporting our mission to reduce hospital readmissions through client-centered rehabilitation programs.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs. Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans. Provide outpatient care and follow-up support for clients in various settings. Educate clients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options. Ensure compliance with clinical standards and best practices in mental health care. Participate in utilization management activities to optimize patient care outcomes. Document all patient interactions accurately and timely.

Qualifications

Valid certification as an Advanced Practice Provider or equivalent in the mental health field. Experience in outpatient mental health settings is preferred. Strong skills in medication administration and monitoring. Knowledge of critical care principles related to mental health is beneficial. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members. Ability to work independently while managing multiple cases efficiently. Familiarity with utilization management processes is a plus.

Pay: $100.00 - $200.00 per hour
