A Snapshot of Your Day

This role is responsible for managing the Aftermarket Sales Team who provide material and solution delivery to all small gas turbine global partners. It requires balancing and troubleshooting many issues at once and working across different functions of the business to achieve financial targets and customer satisfaction.

How You\'ll Make an Impact

  • Provide quotes, accept orders, and manage communication and delivery solutions to customers.
  • Project management and coordination of component repair programs which includes ownership of process from customer to vendor, logistics management, purchase and sales order management, and project delivery.
  • Responsible for maintaining customer price catalog. This includes obtaining cross functional information from Finance, Planning and Purchasing and getting appropriate approvals through management.
  • Provide all financial and customer related metrics to senior leadership. Metrics include monthly sales and intake reports, customer on time delivery, and delinquency. Responsible for maintaining specific customer metrics to determine compliance and discount structures. Maintain weekly reporting to warehouse.
  • Lead participant in restarting the Power Turbine business which will include working across all businesses (Supply Chain, Planning, Engineering, Sales), light project management, and arranging and attending meetings with management.
  • Conduct and assist in (2) customer provisioning conferences per year/per network partner either in person or virtually.
What You Bring
  • Management/Team Lead, and Project Management experience
  • Experience with GUI based ERP systems (SAP is preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ideal candidates will be comfortable in business settings and negotiations with various levels ranging from technicians/mechanics, executives, and customers.
  • 5% travel - This may include 1 2 trips a year to customers in Europe, Asia, North America, or Latin America
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
