Afternoon Janitorial Supervisor - Coeur d'AleneWe are looking for a professional Afternoon Janitorial Supervisor capable to attending to facilities with integrity and attention to detail. The Janitorial Supervisor is a working supervisor who provides supervision, on-the-job-training, and support to workers with disabilities via person-centered employment programs, as well as completing janitorial tasks along with the crew. Supervise a crew of 3-6 adults with a variety of abilities and disabilities as they provide commercial custodial services in the Coeur dxe2x80x99Alene area.Janitorial Supervisor Job Highlights:

• Allows ability to develop and implement strategies to reach company objectives.
• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
• Take care of reasonable complaints/requests with integrity and patience
• Adhere closely to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices

What We Look for in Janitorial Supervisor:

• We are looking for someone who values working together and sharing information in the best interest of serving our clients.
• One-year supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience working with people with disabilities preferred.
• Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and good driving record.
• Must complete and obtain clearance for Criminal History, with fingerprinting, employment references, and pre-hire drug screen required.
• Must have basic computer skills in Microsoft Office Programs to complete payroll and reports.
• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper
• A focus on guests and friendly attitude. Strong customer service skills required.
• Prioritization and time management skills
