General Purpose and Scope of Position
The Sales Manager provides leadership and direction to the field sales and management team within their defined geography. The Sales Manager offers guidance and support with product selection, pricing, and forecasting, as well as assisting in aligning the business with current and future agronomic trends and practices. The Sales Manager also offers assistance with recruitment, training, and performance management of the field sales force.
