We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our team and lead the development and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions across our various data platforms You will work with our colleagues at JLL around the globe in providing solutions, developing new products, building enterprise reporting & analytics capability to reshape the business of Commercial Real Estate using the power of AI and data and we are just getting started on that journey!As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining AI models, algorithms, and systems that drive innovative products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, propose and implement AI solutions, and contribute to shaping our organization\'s AI strategy. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of AI technologies, excellent programming skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering cutting-edge AI solutions.As a Senior AI Engineer at JLL Technologies, you will:

• Conceptualize, design, and implement AI models, algorithms, and systems to solve complex business problems.
• Research and stay up to date with the latest AI technologies and techniques, recommending and implementing their application as appropriate.
• Collaborate with creative technology leaders and cross-functional teams to test feasibility of new ideas, help refine and validate client requirements and translate them into working prototypes, and from thereon to scalable Gen-AI solutions.
• Research and explore new products, platforms, frameworks, emerging trends, and techniques in the field of generative AI to stay at the forefront of innovation.
• Design and optimize Gen-AI Apps for efficient data processing and model leverage.
• Implement LLM Ops processes, and the ability to manage Gen-AI apps and models across the lifecycle from prompt management to results evaluation.
• Design and develop RAG framework as enterprise capability in optimized manner which can cater to a variety of use cases to deploy their needs.
• Optimize and fine-tune AI models for improved accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Develop testing and validation methodologies to ensure the quality and performance of AI models and systems.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing necessary enhancements.
• Maintain documentation of AI models, algorithms, and systems, ensuring comprehensive and up-to-date records.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Engineers, fostering their growth and development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine the organization\'s AI strategy and roadmap.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to AI engineering.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Ph.D. in AI or Machine Learning is a plus.
• Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role, with at least 5 years of industry experience.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Deep understanding of AI methodologies, algorithms, and frameworks, such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing.
• Experience with AI model development and deployment using platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Deep Experience and Expertise in Cloud Gen-AI platforms, services, and APIs, including Azure Open AI, AWS Bedrock, and/or GCP Vertex AI.
• Hands-on Experience working with Enterprise RAG technologies and solutions / frameworks - including Lang Chain, Llama Index, etc.
• Hands-on Experience with developing end-to-end RAG Pipelines. Solid Hands-on Experience with Agent-driven Gen-AI architectures and solutions.
• Experience with LLM model registries (Hugging Face), LLM APIs, embedding models, etc.
• Experience with vector databases like Pinecone, Croma, Azure AI Search, AWS Kendra, FAISS, Milvus etc.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices, including version control, testing, and deployment.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, for AI model deployment and scalability.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to design innovative AI solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong drive for continuous learning and staying current with emerging AI technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Published research papers or contributions to open-source AI projects.
• Experience working with real estate or related industries.
• Understanding of data privacy and security principles in AI applications.
