About us This job is a civilian position and does not require military service (including commission and enlistment). In this role you will be working as an employee of Shiloh Services Inc. performing Alarm and CCTV Monitoring as well as other unarmed security related services for the Naval Undersea Warfare Center in Newport RI. Duties: - Monitor and operate security systems, including CCTV cameras, and access control systems.
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations promptly and appropriately.
- Conduct regular inspections of security equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and report any suspicious activities or breaches.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and employees with inquiries and directions.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency responders as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest security technologies and industry trends. Experience:
- Proficiency in CCTV cameras, access control systems, and other security equipment.
- Experience in alarm system is a plus.
- Strong computer knowledge.
- Ability to detect potential security risks or vulnerabilities. This position offers competitive pay and benefits.
