Job Description


We are looking for a talented C&B Director to lead NICE\'s compensation and benefits practice in America region.

You will be responsible for leading end-to-end C&B in this region in order to drive an agenda that contributes to the company\'s winning DNA, increases organizational & people performance, and builds scalable growth for the company\'s continued success.

The regions include 5 countries: US, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Bolivia and Colombia. Location: Hoboken, NJ / SLC, Utah / Atlanta Hybrid mode (2 days from the office)

Reports to: Head of C&B and HR Operations

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure alignment of compensation and benefit programs with company\'s business strategy and objectives
  • Design, implement and communicate all Compensation and Benefits programs within the region
  • Drive the Business Transformation needed to have all acquired units in the NICE portfolio align with and implement standardized global compensation and benefits practices
  • Provide input and make recommendations for new programs and ways to improve existing programs
  • Lead annual compensation review and processes, including benchmark approach, market competitiveness, and identify special needs to support the business \xe2\x80\xa2 Design and manage US benefits plan in the various entities at NICE
  • Assist in reviewing proposals from vendors to ensure top-notch programs while maintaining a cost-efficient approach
  • Provide professional support and best practices and lead change management plans to executive management, managers, and HR business partners to ensure program effectiveness
  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of federal and state regulations, ensuring compliance of programs and practices
  • Playing a key role in the Global Compensation and Benefits team, running global programs, and aligning the region methodologies and practices to the global one

Background Experience - Mandatory
  • B.A in Financial Management (Economics / Accounting) / B.A. in Statistics / B.Sc. in Mathematics
  • Vast C&B experience in a global software company - a must. Experience in C&B in a company HQ (vs. a local subsidiary) - a plus
  • C&B experience in regional Compensation and Benefits management, leading country-specific benefits programs
  • Robust knowledge and experience in design, implement and communication US benefits programs
  • Experience in all compensation and benefits aspects in M&A (due diligence, PMI).
  • Experience in design, implementation and communication of C&B programs
  • Experience in educating, mentoring and training business leaders and HR professionals on C&B related topics
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Advanced knowledge of BI reporting tools - a plus
